Our maintenance teams ensure that the properties we look after are kept in good order. This includes regular tasks such as lawn cutting and window cleaning. Ongoing programmes of work including improvements, repairs and decoration, as well as responding to issues and emergencies that may occur.
As a team working on the ground, they get to know the tenants and become an important part of the support network which exists.
All maintenance staff are fully trained to not only competently carry out their role, but also undergo additional training in safeguarding, autism awareness and how to spot signs of abuse and neglect.
